A Touch of yellow and red day

Abdulrahman Kanoo School Diyar celebrated “Save a Heart Day” and initiative to raised awareness about Royal Life Saving. Donning a touch of red and yellow, staff and students acknowledged the 16th of October as Restart a Heart Day- a International initiative developed by the European Resuscitation Council. Launched in 2013 to teach members of the public how to help restart the heart of someone who has suffered a cardiac arrest. It also acknowledged the commencement of the partnership between ARKS (via ARKEDU) and the Royal Life Saving Bahrain (RLSB). This important programme and collaboration, extend the Founder vision and the schools core values.

Speaking about the partnership on signing the MoU, ARKEDU Chairman Mr. Tariq Abdullatif Jasim Kanoo expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “Partnering with Royal Life Saving Bahrain means that we believe in their mission and vision. As the first Bahraini Educational Group, we know this partnership will be beneficial for both parties. Collaborating with like-minded entities locally, regionally, or internationally creates a nurturing and inspiring learning environment that prepares students for success while instilling important values that will guide them throughout their lives.”

Her Highness Shaikha Nayla Bint Hamad bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa, representing Royal Life Saving Bahrain, shared her thoughts on the new partnership: “We are delighted to welcome Abdulrahman Kanoo Education Group to the Safer Community Partnership. Their commitment to excellence and values aligns perfectly with our mission to promote safety and preparedness across the Kingdom. Together, we will work towards creating a safer community for all.”
