
Admissions
Stage 1: Registration
To apply for a place at the school, please complete the online Application Form and submit it together with the following documents:
Required Documents
- Child’s passport
- Child’s CPR card (if unavailable at the time of application upload Resident Visa)
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Copy of each parent’s passport
- Copy of each parent’s CPR card (if unavailable at the time of application upload Resident Visa)
- Child’s immunisation record
- Photograph of the child
- Child’s school report
- Transfer certificate from the previous school (if available)
Please note that a non-refundable application fee of BD 50 is payable after the review of the application form.
Stage 2: Assessment
Applicants to the Infant School (Nursery, Reception, and Year 1) will take part in a School Readiness assessment, which measures English language development, social interaction, basic mathematical understanding, and behaviour.
Children applying for Year 2 are required to complete assessments in Mathematics, English, and Arabic (for Arab students). They will also be assessed on their social skills, behaviour, and ability to communicate effectively in conversation.
Applicants from Year 3 onwards must complete an online entrance assessment (Cat4). The assessment includes Mathematics, English, and Non-Verbal Reasoning sections. Students applying for Year 7 and above will also attend an interview with the school counsellor.

Stage 3: Enrollment
To proceed with enrolment, successful applicants are required to:
- Complete the School Acknowledgement Form
- Pay a non-refundable Registration Fee of up to BHD 150
Please note that enrolment will only be finalised once all required documents and fees have been received by the school.
Stage 4: Admissions
Transfers from inside Bahrain:
In accordance with the regulations set by the Private Education Directorate of the Ministry of Education in Bahrain, please note that all students transferring between schools from Year 3 onwards must complete the following requirements:
- Submit a copy of the student’s most recent End of Year or End of Term report, duly stamped and signed by the current school.
- Provide a copy of the Transfer Certificate and a No Objection Letter confirming that all outstanding fees have been settled, both stamped and signed by the current school.
- Submit an acceptance letter from the new school (Offer Letter issued by ARKS Diyar).

Transfers from outside Bahrain:
Requirements
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
- Original transcripts (mark sheets) for the most recent year/grade completed, along with a Transfer or Leaving Certificate.
- A certified legal translation for any educational documents issued in languages other than English or Arabic.
- A copy of a valid passport and CPR (Central Population Registry) card, or Saudi Residency Permit (Iqama).
Attestation Requirements
Students Relocating from GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, and Oman)
Documents must be:
- Signed and stamped by the issuing school
- Attested by the Ministry of Education in the country of issue
Students Relocating from Countries Issuing the Hague Apostille
Documents must be:
- Signed and stamped by the issuing school
- Apostille certified
Students Relocating from Other Countries
Documents must be:
- Signed and stamped by the issuing school
- Attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country of issue
- Attested by the Embassy of Bahrain, or an authorised representative, in the country of issue
- Attested by the Embassy of the issuing country in Bahrain, or an authorised representative
- Attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bahrain
