ARKS Diyar Transition Ceremonies – 15 May

On 15 May, ARKS Diyar held two special Transition Ceremonies to celebrate the achievements and growth of its students, guided by the school’s core values: Aspirational, Excellence, Respect, Diversity, Kindness, and Uniqueness.

The Year 1 Transition Ceremony honored 96 young learners stepping forward in their educational journey. The event opened with remarks by Adel Abdulraham (1K) and Maryam Ebrahim (1A), followed by a heartfelt Quran recitation by Leya Alrayes (1R). Parents proudly witnessed their children’s accomplishments, with smiles and joyful moments captured at the Photobooth set up as part of the celebration.

Later that day, the Year 6 Transition Ceremony celebrated 47 students moving on to lower secondary school. Aljoori Saleh delivered a touching student speech, reflecting on their shared memories and expressing pride and best wishes for the future. The ceremony concluded with a spirited performance of the ARKS School Song, symbolizing unity and new beginnings.

Principal Mr. Steve Lewis shared his heartfelt congratulations, stating: “We are incredibly proud of our students and all they have achieved. As they take their next steps, I wish each of them a bright future filled with success, growth, and continued joy in learning.”

Both events were filled with memorable moments, appreciation, and pride, marking an important chapter in the lives of ARKS Diyar students.
