Today, Mr. Hussain Alhayki, a Traffic Directorate from the Ministry of Traffic Directorate in Bahrain, visited Abdulrahman Kanoo School to deliver an important lecture on road safety. The session was designed specifically for Year 2 students to help them understand the crucial rules for staying safe on the road, particularly when traveling to and from school.

Mr. Alhayki began by explaining key traffic signals, road signs, and pedestrian rules that students should be aware of when crossing streets. He emphasized the importance of waiting for the green pedestrian light, looking both ways before crossing, and only crossing at designated crosswalks.

This valuable lesson was part of Abdulrahman Kanoo School’s commitment to promoting road safety awareness among young students, equipping them with the knowledge to navigate streets safely and responsibly.
