ARKS Diyar offers Nursery – Year 9 for the 2024-2025 school year.

Yes, there is a written and oral assessment for Year 2 – Year 9. For Nursery, Reception and Year 1 it will be an interview.
Once an application is filled, the family will be contacted for the application fee (BD 50), after the fee is paid, the assessment/interview will be scheduled. The assessment review and admission decision usually takes 3-5 working days. Once an admission decision is made and the family receives an acceptance letter, they will have a week to confirm enrollment intention and pay the registration fee (BD 150).
There is a maximum of 20 students per section from Nursery – Year 6 and 25 students for Year 7 and above.
Each section has a teacher and an assistant (Nursery – Year 6).
Gates open at 7:35 am, classes start at 8:00 am.

Yes, we only accept potty trained students. Accidents do happen, so we encourage preschool/key stage 1 parents to have an extra change in their child’s bag clearly labelled with the students name.
Please look at the school calendar for the term dates and holidays for 2024-2025.
Students should wear black shoes for school and sport shoes (any colour) for PE. Trolley bags are not allowed and students are encouraged to carry the school branded book bag.
The school uniform is available in House of Uniform , Segaya branch.
We follow the MOE curriculum and provide Arabic classes everyday.

We have PE up to three times a week.
At ARKS Diyar we teach Mandarin as a conversational language twice a week.
There are two breaks, one is 30 mins and the other one is 20 mins.
Accounts / Payment
The school fees can be remitted through online banking or Benefit Pay / Fawri Transfer.
No, we currently do not have a sibling discount.
We have two fee payments:
- Instalment 1 fee must be paid within 30 days of receiving school’s acceptance for new students. For returning/existing students to be paid in June.
- Instalment 2 fee must be paid at the end of January.
Health and Safety
Yes, by law within the Kingdom of Bahrain as per the governance of MOH and MOE, students need to be up-to-date with their immunizations. Please refer to the MOH immunization schedule . If you have not already sent your child’s complete immunization/vaccination records, kindly send them to [email protected].
Yes, we have a school nurse at the campus throughout the school day and all through school events.
Yes, we are a nut free school.
Yes, we do have a food provider in school, providing a selection of healthy food. It is also possible to provide your own food.
Healthy snacks like fruits, vegetables and sandwiches.
